Individual Therapy

I approach my clinical work through an integrative perspective, utilizing a psychodynamic (insight-oriented) lens and drawing from my training in other empirically validated methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness based therapy.  I aim to modify the treatment to meet my client’s needs.   

A key benefit of drawing from an integrative perspective is that it allows for both gaining a deeper sense of your struggles, while also incorporating a solution-focused approach for working through these struggles in the here-and-now.  

I strive to create a therapeutic process that addresses your difficulties in daily life and simultaneously explores the intra-psychic experiences that underlie these issues so that you can make meaning of your life and feel in control.
